I can't add an account for my Belkin Wemo or TP-Link devices

Some devices are discovered on your local network, and don't have accounts associated with them.  These include products from Belkin Wemo and TP-Link.

To discover these devices, make sure you're connected to the same network as these devices, and re-run discovery to find them.
