Deleting Your Account in the Yonomi App
- Navigate to Settings.
Tap on your avatar/account email address at the very top of the screen.
On the Your Account screen, tap Delete Account at the very bottom.
Tap Delete when prompted to confirm account deletion.
Deleting Your Account Manually
If you no longer have the Yonomi App installed and would like to have your Yonomi account deleted, please click here to initiate the deletion process.
Once you click the link above, you will be prompted to sign in with the same Yonomi credentials you use to login to the app, and then will be asked to click a button to start the process.
You should receive an email asking you to confirm that you would like to delete your account. Follow the instructions in the email to complete the account deletion process.
If you signed up with a wrong email address, do not receive the email confirmation, or have any other issues, please contact support at support@yonomi.co and we'll be happy to assist.
