The Terms of Service aren't loading and I can't sign up

We are aware of an issue for some people in the Android app where the Terms of Service website fails to load and you can't proceed to sign up for an account.

Based on previous reports, this may happen for a few reasons:

  • A VPN is enabled on your phone
  • A ad-blocker or other content-blocker is enabled
  • You're using a proxy on your phone or with your router

If any of these are enabled, try disabling them, and then repeating the sign up process and see if you are able to get through.

If you're still having issues, please email us and we can help create an account for you manually.  We also may have a beta version of the app available that may fix the issue that we'd love for you to try to see if it solves the issue.
