The Terms of Service aren't loading and I can't sign up

We are aware of an issue for some people in the Android app where the Terms of Service fails to load, and you can't proceed through sign up.

Based on previous reports, this may happen for a few reasons:

  • A VPN is enabled on your phone.
  • An ad or content-blocker is enabled.
  • You're using a proxy on your phone or router.

If any of these are enabled, try disabling them, and then repeat the sign up process.
