My Sonos Favorites/Playlists are not discovered and I receive an error message

In some cases, Sonos Favorites or Playlists may fail to get imported correctly.

To try and remedy this, please try the following:

  1. Make sure your phone is connected to your home wifi network
  2. Inside Yonomi, go to the "Things" tab and then click on each Sonos device that is missing your Favorites/Playlists.
  3. Now, perform a "pull-to-refresh" action on the Sonos page to force Yonomi to sync with your Sonos player.
  4. Check to see if Favorites are now available -- if not, try going back to the Things tab and then performing a pull-to-refresh action there as well to make sure Yonomi as synced data with the server.
